Teflon tape sticking roller replaces the traditional Teflon spraying. It has the advantages of convenience, low technical requirements and durability. In order to prolong the service life of Teflon tape sticking roller, the following technical points should be noted:

1、Clean the surface of the drying cylinder that needs adhesive tape, and notice that the surface is free of iron dust and smooth surface.

2、Shears a bit longer than the required length (longer than the required length 5cm or so) for use.

3、Tear off the paper, pay attention to tear edge sticker, do not tear all at once, in the process of sticking can be a piece of cloth (or newspaper) on the adhesive tape rubbing flat, after sticking to ensure that the two sides of the adhesive tape overlap.

4、In the middle of the tape overlap, use a cutter to cut a straight line (the length direction of the dryer), tear off the tape in place A (as shown) and open it.

5、After pasting, carefully check whether there are small bubbles between the tape and the dryer, if there are, you can use pins and other sharp objects to remove the small bubbles one by one, and smooth. B tape is used to tear off the adhesive tape at C, paste the B, and smooth the adhesive tape at B and D.? ?
